To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests.
To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible time frame. In many cases, the issue may be due to incorrect usage of the product, and our team will guide you on how to resolve it. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty:
We will ask you to ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging (Original Product Box and All Accessories) to our warehouse at the address below:

Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement for you within 2 working days, free of charge.
We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick it up and provide you with the replacement.
Note: We do not offer a replacement for “change of mind”.
